Service Engineer – Pumps & Valves Industry

Sone India is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and maintenance of pumps and valves, with a strong commitment to fieldwork and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installation, commissioning, and servicing of pump and valve systems at client sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety and quality protocols during on-site visits.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the pump/valve industry.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical components.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel for field visits regularly within and around Ahmedabad.
• Local candidates from Ahmedabad will be preferred.
• Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid license).
