Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex supply chain processes and will be responsible for driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to supply chain operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in supply chain software and tools, such as ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
