Supply chain Consultant

Job Description:

• Infosys is looking for a Supply Chain domain expert with deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes and proven digital transformation capabilities
• You will collaborate with clients in the CPG space to redesign and transform their supply chain operating models

Key Responsibilities:

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your primary responsibility will be to lead engagement efforts by delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers across multiple engagement stages—from problem definition and diagnosis through solution design, development, and deployment
• You will review proposals created by consultants, provide guidance, and evaluate the client’s defined solutions to uncover potential risks, issues, and gaps related to business problems
• You will identify change management requirements and propose a structured approach to help clients manage the change, utilizing multiple communication mechanisms
• You will coach the team, develop a compelling vision, and provide subject-matter training in your focus areas; you will also motivate and inspire team members through effective, timely feedback and recognition for high performance
• You will contribute to unit-level and organization-wide initiatives with the objective of delivering high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers while following organizational guidelines and processes

Technical Requirements:

• Infosys is hiring a Supply Chain Domain SME for supply chain consulting and transformation
• The position requires expertise spanning supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory optimization, and digital transformation
• Candidates should demonstrate strong client-facing problem solving, product strategy, and stakeholder management skills, along with exposure to Agile and emerging technologies
