In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include:
- Compile supply chain data resources, and use visual and analytical tools to access, extract, and analyze data sets that enhance supply chain operations performance and efficiency.
- Partner with functional teams across Asia Pacific and Global to perform process mapping, identify opportunities, and align existing and future value streams within business processes.
- Design, deploy, and oversee digital or automation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
- Monitor solution and process performance, and recommend corrective actions for digital tools as required.
- Benchmark, evaluate technologies within or outside Emerson, and implement applicable technology (Machine Learning/AI) and best practices for Supply Chain.
- Apply change management practices to manage partner and user expectations throughout the full lifecycle of projects.
- Provide Oracle Business System Support for the Supply Chain Team
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of substantial experience in the Supply Chain function
- Solid knowledge of Supply Chain processes, with the ability to create flow charts and identify gaps & opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, and experience working with large data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Quick learner who can participate in multiple initiatives at the same time
- Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience in Data Analytics, RPA, Project Management, SQL, Python, AI or Machine Leaning will be a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship.
