Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with international Trade Compliance and Operations teams to ensure compliance with global trade regulations
- Prepare, verify, and manage documentation necessary for global trade compliance and shipment processing
- Assist with audit preparation activities and support compliance monitoring initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to effectively address trade-related issues
- Create certification documentation for approval from global trade leadership
- Engage with suppliers to evaluate their eligibility and compliance with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) standards
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports utilizing Power BI and Excel
- Provide accurate and timely supply chain reports, emphasizing on-time delivery and error-free results
- Examine sourcing, purchasing, and supplier performance metrics to uncover trends and areas for improvement
- Derive insights on key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, defects per million, expenditures, lead times, and cost reductions
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and governance of data across reporting platforms and systems
- Construct data models and automate reporting processes to boost efficiency
- Integrate data from enterprise systems, including ERP solutions
- Promote continuous enhancement of analytics frameworks and reporting capabilities
- Support strategic planning efforts by delivering data-driven insights to leadership

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in supply chain analytics, trade compliance, operations, or procurement settings
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and VBA
- Practical experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with data modeling and DAX
- Experience with SQL and knowledge of ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work collaboratively with global teams and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives within supply chain or manufacturing
- Experience with advanced analytics tools or automation frameworks
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities in analytics workflows
