Job Description

Candidate should be graduate.

Core responsibilities:

  • Team management: Supervise, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve departmental and company goals. 
  • Task and workflow management: Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, manage schedules, and ensure the team meets deadlines. 
  • Performance evaluation: Monitor work performance, provide constructive feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and assist with training and development. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving team or client issues, addressing conflicts, and making sound decisions. 
  • Policy and safety enforcement: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Conduct inspections and report incidents to senior management. 
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between employees and upper management, implementing business strategy and communicating objectives to the team. 
  • Resource management: Manage budgets and resources effectively, and ensure the team has the necessary materials to complete their work. 
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist in interviewing and screening new candidates and conduct inductions and training for new employees.
