Successfactors RCM Consultant

 Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM) module.
• Work on end-to-end recruitment process configuration and support.
• Understand and map core recruitment workflows into system configurations.
• Collaborate on integration between SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding.
• Support implementation, testing, and deployment of recruitment solutions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Ensure smooth integration of recruitment processes across HR systems.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
