Description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors PMGM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing the Performance Management and Goal Management modules of SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing employee performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management and Goal Management) modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for performance and goal management processes.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure successful deployment of the PMGM modules.
• Provide training and support to end-users on best practices for using SuccessFactors PMGM.
• Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors features and enhancements to ensure the organization leverages them effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SuccessFactors with a focus on PMGM implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of performance management and goal-setting methodologies.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors configurations and reporting tools.
• Experience in data migration and integration with other HR systems.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
