We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Performance Management and Goals Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and updates to ensure best practices are followed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Performance Management and Goals Management (PMGM).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and performance management frameworks.
• Proficiency in configuring SuccessFactors PMGM modules and related functionalities.
• Experience with data migration and reporting in SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
