Description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors EC and Time Off professional to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off modules, ensuring effective HR operations and employee management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
• Provide support and maintenance for existing SuccessFactors EC and Time Off systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and functionality of the applications.
• Train end-users and create documentation for system processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in implementing and managing SuccessFactors EC and Time Off modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and functionalities.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience with data migration and integration with other HR systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
