Role Responsibilities:

• Design and build robust analytical toolsets—efficient, reusable, and scalable solutions for daily business reporting and monitoring requirements
• Maintain and support the automation infrastructure
• Perform ETL and processing of large datasets using data-analytic and visualization tools/dashboards (e.g., PowerBI)
• Deliver high-quality code within committed deadlines, adhering to best coding practices to reduce technical debt
• Demonstrate self-drive to identify gaps and strengthen existing processes and controls
• Conduct deep dives on new technologies/solutions during exploratory phases and present viable solutions through POCs
• Understand business requirements and balance speed of delivery vs robustness of solutions
• Exhibit strong work ethics and effective communication skills
• Collaborate internally with teams within Global Markets and across divisions

Key Skills

Mandatory:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience with:
• Python
• Excel
• VBA
• Experience with Relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, including:
• Unit testing
• Source control (e.g., Git)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail

Desired:

• 1+ years of experience with any structured low-level programming language (e.g., C++, Java, C#)
• Basic knowledge of technical architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with dashboard/visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Experience with ETL tools, data manipulation, and data analysis
• Basic understanding of financial products and pricing theory
