Strategy Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to join our team as Manager Strategy and Business Development. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by business acumen through an MBA. You will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, analyzing industry trends, and executing strategic initiatives to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify new business opportunities
• Develop and evaluate business plans, go-to-market strategies, and partnerships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance, operations) to implement strategic initiatives
• Support M&A activities, strategic alliances, and investment opportunities through data-driven analysis
• Prepare business cases, pitch decks, and executive presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Track industry trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies relevant to mechanical and industrial sectors
• Drive customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and channel optimization efforts
• Assist in annual strategic planning and long-term forecasting activities
