Strategic Finance Leader Needed CFO Role

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership & Partnership

• Partner closely with the MD on strategic initiatives including domestic and international market expansion, new product launches (Polymers/Masterbatches), and capital investment planning.
• Lead advanced FP&A, develop financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis (raw material volatility, forex fluctuations).
• Evaluate and recommend high-ROI CapEx for plant upgrades, technology modernization, and long-term growth.
• Define, track, and report key KPIs such as Gross Margin by SKU/Plant, Inventory Turnover, and ROIC to drive a performance-driven culture.

Manufacturing & Operational Finance Excellence

• Implement and strengthen Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and Standard Costing to improve COGS visibility across the Sahibabad and Noida plants.
• Collaborate with Operations to lead cost-reduction initiatives and enhance process efficiencies for margin improvement.
• Optimize working capital by reducing DSO and improving inventory management without disrupting production.

Treasury, Risk Management & International Finance

• Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate currency and commodity risks.
• Oversee treasury operations including banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Lead structured debt financing, explore capital sources, and manage investor/banking relationships for growth funding.

Financial Reporting & Governance (Indian & Global Standards)

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and Ind AS.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial statements, management reporting, and board-level presentations with global best practices.
• Strengthen ERP utilization for automation, enhanced internal controls, data integrity, and audit readiness.
