Key Deliverables:

• Manage Airtel store operations in adherence to defined SOPs and brand standards.
• Optimize inventory through regular stock audits and efficient coordination with supply chain teams.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure cost efficiency through effective transaction and budget monitoring.
• Enhance in-store customer experience through product knowledge, issue resolution, and customer engagement.
• Prepare store for launches, refits, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand identity.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor store staff, fostering high service standards and sales performance.
• Conduct regular trainings to improve product understanding and sales techniques among team members.
