Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line solutions within the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new enterprise accounts through field-based B2B sales initiatives.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Airtel's multi-product portfolio to existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales funnel with clearly defined conversion stages.
  • Monitor competitor activities and plan proactive customer engagement strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Ensure on-time and seamless delivery of Airtel's solutions as per customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Provide ongoing market insights and contribute to strategic sales planning.
