Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Achieve sales targets for Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line solutions within the assigned territory.
- Acquire new enterprise accounts through field-based B2B sales initiatives.
- Cross-sell and upsell Airtel's multi-product portfolio to existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales funnel with clearly defined conversion stages.
- Monitor competitor activities and plan proactive customer engagement strategies.
Role Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts to maximize revenue generation.
- Ensure on-time and seamless delivery of Airtel's solutions as per customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing market insights and contribute to strategic sales planning.
