Key Deliverables:

• Ensure seamless store operations in line with SOPs, maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising and in-store setup.
• Control inventory with regular stock checks, optimize product availability through effective supply chain coordination.
• Drive store profitability by tracking budgets, minimizing operational costs, and preventing inventory losses.
• Deliver outstanding in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and fostering loyalty.
• Monitor store performance through defined KPIs and report insights to senior leadership.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach store staff to maximize customer service standards and sales performance.
• Implement and uphold security protocols to prevent shrinkage and safeguard assets.
• Ensure timely execution of store launches, refits, and brand campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and finance to align with organizational goals.
• Conduct staff training on products, sales strategies, and retail best practices to boost team capability.
