Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive end-to-end store operations in line with SOPs, ensuring compliance, visual merchandising standards, and optimal inventory levels.
  • Manage store revenue and cost targets through effective budgeting, transaction tracking, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Ensure best-in-class in-store customer experience through prompt issue resolution, staff assistance, and satisfaction tracking.
  • Lead retail staff performance, deliver product and service trainings, and align team activities with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and finance for seamless store integration and operational excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of store management including stock control, display layouts, and launch readiness.
  • Monitor customer service KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance customer loyalty and experience.
  • Maintain store compliance during fit-outs, refurbishments, and brand upgrades.
  • Guide and coach store staff to deliver high-performance outcomes in sales and customer service.
  • Report operational metrics to senior management and contribute to strategic decision-making for in-store performance.
