Store Manager

Key Deliverables:

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and optimal inventory levels.
• Drive exceptional customer service and satisfaction through effective issue resolution and in-store experience enhancement.
• Achieve financial targets by managing store budgets, controlling operational costs, and optimizing supply chain coordination.
• Track and report key operational KPIs to senior management for performance review.
• Facilitate store readiness for new launches, refits, and conversions.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor retail staff to deliver on sales and service targets, ensuring continuous training and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and HR for business alignment.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and safeguard store assets.
• Foster a customer-obsessed culture through team motivation and effective interpersonal communication.
• Build and manage strong relationships with zonal sales managers, field executives, and channel partners.
