- Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
- Conduct inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by implementing effective displays and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
