Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Ensure smooth store operations by adhering to SOPs, audit, and compliance standards.
  • Drive profitability by achieving sales targets through new customer acquisitions and upselling.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and visual merchandising as per guidelines.
  • Monitor and control store expenses while providing improvement suggestions for productivity.
  • Manage and develop outsourced store staff through daily rosters, briefings, and motivation.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the store including IT readiness, staff readiness, and inventory for new rollouts.
  • Ensure effective customer experience by staff allocation and stepping in during escalations.
  • Prepare MIS reports and track performance metrics at CRO levels.
  • Address planned/unplanned attrition issues and escalate them timely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for successful store launch, refit, and performance enhancement.
