Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee the overall operation of the store, following SOPs to bring efficiency to operations.
- Ensure partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment throughout the store at all times.
- Maintain store order and ensure customer access to necessary supplies.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions on stock control.
- Regularly track ticket size and convert footfalls into sales.
- Ensure attractive merchandise display and store layout.
- Communicate product schemes and offers to regional managers and ensure their implementation.
- Arrange for required materials and procure from local and outside markets.
- Ensure customer needs are met quickly, efficiently, and accurately in all areas of the store.
- Complete store operational requirements, including scheduling and assigning employees.
- Possess excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Lead the team by example and pay attention to detail.
- Inspect materials for required quality and quantity.
- Lead and manage the store strategically to grow and provide the best industry customer service.
- Manage store revenue, including cash handling and bank deposits.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and prepare for mystery shops.
- Monitor and control expenses for efficient store operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Proven experience in managing operations and maintaining store standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, as well as computer skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field preferred.
- Knowledge of mobiles and accessories is an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume and unusual events with a calm demeanor.
- Ability to drive profitability through financial controls and margin attainment.
- Ability to recruit and select candidates to staff the store.
