Job Description
1. Role: Audit Manager – Statutory Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across industries in accordance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and applicable regulations.
- Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments, including risk assessment and internal control evaluation.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit teams.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify process improvements and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
- Ensure adherence to audit methodology and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 5 years of relevant experience in statutory audit (preferably with Big 4 / Top 20 firms).
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, and auditing standards.
- Prior experience in handling end-to-end audit engagements.

2. Role: Associate Director – Statutory Audit
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large and complex statutory audit engagements.
- Drive client relationships and act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Oversee audit strategy, planning, execution, and completion.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with professional standards.
- Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and auditing matters.
- Lead business development initiatives and support practice growth.
- Manage, mentor, and develop senior team members and managers.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 7 years of experience in statutory audit.
- Strong exposure to large clients / listed companies / complex group audits.
- Experience in leadership roles within Big 4 / Top-tier firms preferred.
Skills Required:
