Job Description
- Design and implement data quality enhancements within CfOR.
- Provide technical solutions to programming challenges across CfOR projects.
- Lead technical programming and process improvement initiatives.
- Represent the programming function in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Manage programming activities as per resource and timeline plans.
- Ensure adherence to departmental programming standards across projects.
- Write, review, and approve programming plans and dataset specifications.
- Review and approve key documents such as SAPs, CRFs, and Data Management Plans.
- Write, test, validate, and implement macros and utilities at various levels.
- Lead or contribute to CfOR policies, SOPs, and controlled document development.
- Participate in internal and external audits and respond to audit findings.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of programming staff.
- Actively engage in external conferences and professional organizations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in CfOR, programming, and R&D.
- Manage staff performance, assignments, and overall utilization.
- Deliver statistical programming and reporting for RWE generation.
- Manipulate large healthcare databases to generate real-world evidence.
- Collaborate globally to implement Statistical Analysis Plans.
- Ensure programming accuracy, data anomaly resolution, and delivery of results.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field.
- Master's degree in relevant field
- Experience with OMOP common data model
- Exposure to RWD sources (MarketScan, Optum, Flatiron, etc.)
- Experience in RWE generation or clinical trial statistical programming
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong SAS and SQL programming (Required)
- Experience in R and Python (Preferred)
- Knowledge of RWD and RWE, including healthcare claims and EHR data
- Understanding of statistics, epidemiology, and the drug development lifecycle
- Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Ataccama)
- Agile project management experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
