Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in Unsecured Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loan, Distributor Sales, Upselling, Cross Selling, Business Loan products.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective distribution channel management.
• Build strong relationships with clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-13 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in unsecured loans, personal loans, gold loan, distributor sales, upselling, cross selling, business loan etc.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of retail assets lending products such as credit cards, home loans etc.
• Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and negotiating deals.
