Staff Software Engineer - Backend

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy large-scale solutions impacting millions of customers.
• Work in agile teams and share innovative ideas across global engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to contribute to the vision and design of web and mobile platforms.
• Act as a product-oriented Full Stack Developer, experimenting with new ideas to enhance customer engagement.
• Lead delivery of products and mentor junior developers.
• Perform root cause analysis of applications and identify improvement opportunities.
• Utilize research and best practices to enhance Walmart International technology.
