Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end ownership of multiple components' design and architecture.
• Design, build, unit test, and deploy critical product features; improve existing features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality codebase.
• Establish relevant and healthy DevOps processes and practices within the team.
• Collaborate and share knowledge within the team to promote technical and self-sufficient teams.
• Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Solve deep technical challenges at scale with innovative solutions.
• Align technical direction with business goals by working closely with senior leadership.
