Staff Software Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead 3-4 engineering mission teams and coach engineers towards engineering excellence.
• Review feature designs and code to ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Evaluate trade-offs between maintainability, extensibility, and infrastructure investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to build and influence feature roadmaps and ensure timely product launches.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
