SRE - Agentic FDE & Automation

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Agentic AI Full Stack Development (FDE) and Automation to design, develop, and operate scalable cloud-native platforms.
• The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in AWS DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Kubernetes, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Develop and implement automated deployment monitoring and incident management solutions
• Create Agentic AI-driven automation workflows using modern AI frameworks and LLM technologies
• Develop full stack applications and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Monitor system health, performance, reliability, and security using observability platforms
• Collaborate with development, platform, and infrastructure teams to improve service reliability
• Automate repetitive operational processes to reduce manual intervention
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability improvements

Technical Requirements:

• Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Splunk
• Experience with MLOps and AIOps practices
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and cloud-native platforms
• Experience in enterprise automation and intelligent workflow orchestration
