Job Description
- Support Pre-sales operations like demo, Roadshow and Site inspection.
- Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and HW.
- Maintaining required site kit to reduce downtime of machine.
- Providing Key Operator Training to users.
- Taking care of service deliverables to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring maximum output in the most economical way and making sure the installation is completed within the committed time frame.
- Service revenue growth via volume growth initiative and inventory management.
- Should be ready to work in a 24x7 environment as per business needs.
- Should be ready to travel extensively to support customers.
