Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday solutions
• Provide functional expertise and support for Workday modules:
• Core HR
• Absence Management
• Time & Labor
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Recruiting
• Performance Management
• Learning and Analytics
• Analyze business requirements and develop Workday solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementations
• Train and support end-users on Workday functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday data migration and integration
