Sr UiPath Developer/Dev Lead

Project Execution & Delivery

• Highlight risks and issues throughout the project life cycle to the respective Project Manager.
• Work closely with the design team to identify project requirements and understand documents such as SDD (Software Design Document) and TDD (Test Design Document).
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks according to the Project Plan.
• Design, code, test, and document automated processes.
• Coordinate with Testing/Quality Engineering teams to ensure proper testing is performed.

Automation Development

• Understand client business needs and convert them into automated processes, supporting both functional and technical requirements.
• Design automated process solutions following standard RPA design principles and conventions.
• Configure new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, maintainable, well-structured, and easy to understand.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automated processes, providing timely solutions.

Project Management & Reporting

• Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified risks and issues to the delivery/project manager.
• Provide inputs to the change control process as necessary.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
