We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Test Lead with 12-14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing principles and practices, along with a strong technical background. You will be responsible for leading the testing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and mentoring junior testers. Your role will involve working closely with development and product teams to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical testing team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and processes for various applications.
• Conduct performance, security, and functional testing to ensure software meets required standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and deliverables.
• Mentor and train junior team members on testing best practices and tools.
• Analyze and report on testing results, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Maintain test environments and oversee configuration management for testing purposes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12-14 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on technical testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Experience in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation purposes.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar for integrating testing into the development pipeline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
