Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the clients based out of the U.S to understand their hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and qualify the candidates.
- Assist the Hiring Managers and ensure that the best candidates are placed.
- Maintain candidates' timesheets and track their performance.
- Develop and foster a healthy relationship with the vendors.
- Assist fellow team members if or when required.
Requirement
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment
- Great understanding of Visas and Tax-terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, and Techfetch
- Experience working on ATS & CRMs such as Bullhorn, Ceipal, and Job diva
- Agility to work in Night Shift (7 PM to 4 AM)
- Must have experience in supporting MSP/VMS/Implementation Partners
