13+ years of experience in managing and developing suppliers and strategic sourcing.

Drive NPI/VE/CE Projects: Work closely with suppliers on localization, global transitions, and tariff mitigation projects.
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with global COE/RCOE and GCMs to identify opportunities with HGR India-based suppliers for North America and EMEA regions.
End-to-End Supplier Transitions: Manage the end-to-end transition of India-based preferred suppliers to global sites, coordinating with Procurement, Site Quality, and Category Manager organizations.
Supplier Qualification: Responsible for supplier qualification through Honeywell Supplier Common Assessment and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Quality and Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on supplier productivity, implementing initiatives to improve supplier performance.
Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for major supplier quality issues.
Data Analytics: Use data analytics to identify the most critical issues, ensuring focused efforts on high-priority problems.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Interface with suppliers, quality, operations, engineering, and procurement teams to drive quality improvements.
Lead Qualification Teams: Lead cross-functional teams for new supplier qualification and first article qualification.
End-to-End Project Execution: Take full responsibility for the execution and implementation of projects.
