Sr. Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying and resolving application issues.
• Develop detailed plans and provide accurate estimates for build completion.
• Transform business requirements into technical program specifications, code, test, and debug programs.
• Develop, code, document, and execute unit tests, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Perform performance tuning to optimize SAP functions.
• Engage with other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
• Manage operational support, including work during change windows and on-call support.
• Mentor and coach junior developers.
• Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
