Sr. Software Engineer

The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. The role involves leading development and support activities, guiding team members on technical aspects, ensuring compliance with quality processes, and serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure through technical guidance and review of technical artefacts.
• Lead development, production support, and maintenance activities across the project lifecycle.
• Ensure completion of timesheets and invoicing activities within required deadlines.
• Handle day-to-day customer interactions and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
• Create functional and technical specification documents based on project requirements.
• Track open tickets and incidents, allocate tasks to resources, and ensure timely closure of all items.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs by all analysts within the delivery team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure project compliance with software quality processes and delivery timelines.
• Review functional and technical specifications to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as the single point of contact for stakeholders regarding project progress and issues.
• Promote teamwork while mentoring, motivating, and developing team members.
• Provide production support in alignment with the defined RACI matrix.
