Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned
- region.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure
- sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and project
- managers.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer
- satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions to
- clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the aluminium formwork or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
