Sr Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure for AI agents in the ChipStack SuperAgent ecosystem
• Develop evaluation frameworks to assess agent performance, reliability, and workflow alignment
• Build data pipelines, retrieval systems, and context-engineering mechanisms for grounded AI behavior
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability systems for AI/ML services
• Optimize system performance across latency, cost, scalability, and reliability dimensions
• Develop monitoring, logging, and tracing systems for production AI workloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into semiconductor design workflows
• Conduct benchmarking, regression testing, and failure analysis for continuous improvement
• Enhance agent reasoning using structured outputs, tool use, and iterative self-correction
• Ensure production readiness of AI systems in high-performance engineering environments
