Sr Principal Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable infrastructure for AI agents within the ChipStack SuperAgent ecosystem
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, correctness, and alignment with engineering workflows
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, retrieval systems, and context engineering strategies for grounded AI behavior
• Implement continuous integration, automated testing, and observability systems for AI/ML production systems
• Optimize AI system performance across latency, cost, scalability, and reliability dimensions
• Design and maintain logging, tracing, and monitoring systems for AI agents in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into semiconductor design workflows
• Contribute to benchmarking, regression testing, and failure analysis for AI-driven systems
• Improve agent reasoning quality using structured outputs, tool usage, and iterative self-correction methods
• Ensure production readiness of AI systems deployed in mission-critical engineering environments
