Advanced project management skills and serve as the primary contact during the onboarding process for signed Partners, ensuring completion of partner certification and successful integration into Avalaras systems and Avalaras Partner Program.
Facilitate access to Avalaras Partner Portal and guide partners in using its resources.
Collaborate with partners and company partners to develop a detailed sales and marketing plan to support their launch, including identifying early adopters using tools, customer webinars, partner trainings.
Communicate with partners about any remaining certification requirements and support them in addressing these items.
Experience of Avalaras APIs to answer technical related questions from Partners building a certified integration.
Work with other teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) to provide partners with the resources needed to succeed.
Report on main metrics, including the number of completed launch projects for signed partners.
