Job Description

  • Presently serve as a Team Lead/Process Lead, guiding a team of 5-6 individuals with experience in Lean Six Sigma and automation.
  • Maintain records to ensure accurate order processing and update the records at the same time.
  • Analyze data to identify issues with opportunities, orders, quotes, or contracts, ensuring all sales are billed correctly.
  • Review sales agreements to ensure that relevant contractual terms are captured in the billing system.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all sales records and calculations before processing sales orders.
  • Review orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and pricing terms. Investigate and resolve renewal discrepancies in collaboration with customers and other teams at the same time.
  • Process customer cancellation requests and ensure customer accounts are de-provisioned and refunded without error.
  • Prepare analytical reports upon request or daily.
  • You should provide guidance to team members working on projects and always ready to support. You should develop and analyze order management and order fulfillment dashboards, also required to monitor.
  • You should collaborative with stakeholders, including sales, operations, and other departments, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • You will report to billing manager.

What Youll Need to be Successful

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
  • 6-7 yrs experience as a Sales Operations or Billing Analyst or in a similar financial role at a SaaS company
  • Maintain accuracy in the fast working environment. Manage stressful situations, when closing out a month
  • Experience with the precise processing a high-volume of data
  • You are independently do your responsibilities. While consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and navigate quickly from one system to another
  • Analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and issues; proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Hands-on experience with a top-tier CRM, billing, or ERP system Salesforce
  • Open to work in shifts (overlapping US) if necessary
