Sr. Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in rotational shifts to support operations.
• Provide technical support for Cisco Webex Voice solutions.
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) devices and AV components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium-level issues related to Cisco Webex Voice solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to medium-level issues related to Microsoft Teams Room devices.
• Administer Cisco Webex Voice systems for day-to-day operations.
• Update technical documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Provide training and assistance to the Level 1 support team when required.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies related to Cisco Webex Voice.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application support teams for seamless issue resolution.
• Coordinate with field technical resources for hands-and-feet support and assist with remote troubleshooting.
• Assist senior team members with documentation and other assigned tasks.
