Sr. Manager - International Marketing , CIS Region

We are seeking a Sr. Manager - International Marketing for the CIS Region to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth in this dynamic market. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in international marketing, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of the CIS market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the CIS region to enhance brand presence and drive sales.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the CIS region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create localized marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Manage relationships with regional partners, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in international marketing, preferably within the CIS region.
• Strong understanding of the CIS market dynamics, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or other CIS languages is a significant advantage.
