Sr Lead Engineer - I_Program Management

In the role of Senior Lead Engineer – Program Management, you will ensure the successful planning, coordination, governance, and deployment of software releases across complex healthcare products and platforms. Acting as both a Release Coordinator and Release Engineer, you will oversee releases from initiation through production deployment, partnering closely with Engineering, QA, Product, and Customer teams.

Responsibilities: -

• Own the end-to-end release lifecycle, covering planning, deployment, and post-release validation.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent software releases across product and customer environments.
• Lead branch management, version control, merge strategy, and release readiness activities.
• Support and facilitate Change Control Board (CCB) reviews and approvals.
• Track code-freeze milestones and ensure alignment with release governance processes.
• Coordinate deployment planning, environment readiness, and end-to-end release execution.
• Oversee regression testing cycles and proactively escalate risks.
• Maintain release dashboards, version matrices, and deployment status reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Product Management, and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure release documentation, communication plans, and stakeholder updates are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Advance continuous improvement through process optimization and release automation initiatives.
• Detect and mitigate release risks before they affect delivery timelines or quality.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
