Delivery Skills :
1. Supervise all alerts related to application, Database, and system components and provide services proactively.
- Triage Incident and service requests to concern team.
- Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues on server domain, and availability of applications.
- Provide trends to prevent occurrence of incidents, problems, errors, and improve overall performance.
- Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
- Must be able to see opportunities for improvement, take ownership and work closely with development team to drive enhancements
- Track and report service health metrics, SLA and OLA
- Should have Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills along with Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
2. Automation Initiatives:
- Identify Automation opportunities by critically looking at Manual and Repetative Activites.
- Propose, Manage and Drive implementation of automation initiatives across teams.
- Focus on Effort reduction, ticket reduction and error free delivery.
3. People Management
- Identify team skill gap and help them fill those gaps on the project.
- Support team to resolve service impediments ensure team is compliant on project and organization process and meet the compliance objective.
- Resolve Teams conflict, ensure reports are motivated and gives optimal contribution.
- Manage Team performance evaluation and feedback
4. Create Shift left stratgy and Plan
- Identify Upskilling needs for shift left and create a training plan.
- Ensure to have team train on required skills and technology for shift left.
- Set quarterly target for shift left and work with customer and stake holders to implement the same
