Sr IP Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement intellectual property (IP) strategies to protect Honeywell's IP assets.
• Manage the IP portfolio, including patent filings, trademark registrations, and copyright protection.
• Provide guidance and support to business units on IP matters such as licensing, infringement issues, and litigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and act on new IP opportunities.
• Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements and contracts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in IP law to ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

• 8+ years of experience in Intellectual Property, with a focus on patents and trademarks.
• In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements.
