Sr. Infrastructure and Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders to discern requirements.
• Reporting status of work to line managers and communicating risks and problems.
• Delivering work on time and according to requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• The candidate will already be very familiar with web technologies and will primarily be responsible for implementing designs into Nomura branded web sites and applications.
• Have at least three years' experience with and work with front end frameworks and libraries, constituting of jQuery.
• Working experience with at least one of the modern frontend technologies (React, NextJS, AngularJS, Vue, etc.).
• Excellent CSS skills for modern browsers and a track record of implementing designs into working, cross-browser CSS.
• Very good knowledge and understanding of frontend terms and concepts.
• Working experience in DevOps.

Desired:

• Familiar with TeamSite product & XSLT.
• Familiar with one of the Web Test Automation technologies (Selenium / Playwright).
