Sr. Finance Consultant/Manager

Responsibility:

• As a part of our Finance Transformation practice, you will work closely with CFOs, COOs, and key executives to:
• Lead end-to-end *finance strategy and operations* transformation.
• Implement *ERP solutions*, automation, and process optimization for finance functions.
• Provide advisory on *project management, business services, and change management*.
• Develop innovative solutions using technologies like *SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Celonis, and more*.

What We Look For

Qualification CA (1st attempt preferred), MBA (Top-tier), CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent.

Experience: 2-12+ years in consulting and/or industry roles, managing end-to-end client engagements.

Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and expertise in digital finance.

Flexibility Willingness to travel as per project requirements
