Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Act as single point of contact for IFM business function in the city or cluster of sites.
  • Provide leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams.
  • Establish annual goals for IFM aligning with client's global, regional, and local objectives.
  • Lead implementation of initiatives to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of client business and IFM function requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in JLL and client organizations.
  • Collaborate with GREF leadership to establish delivery strategies for IFM function.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with client leadership for IFM function governance.

Financial & Operational Management:

  • Manage overall operational and capital budgets for IFM function.
  • Lead achievement of agreed business targets, including revenue, expenses, savings, and KPI performance.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure delivery of service excellence.
