Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for genomics products and services in the territories of Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
  • Leverage experience in genomics, specifically in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), oligonucleotides, probes, and sequencing technologies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks to maximize sales reach and customer engagement.
  • Formulate and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the assigned territory.
  • Collect and analyze customer and market feedback, providing actionable reports to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic sales forecasts and performance reports for zonal heads.
  • Travel extensively (approximately 80% of the time) to meet potential and existing customers, conduct product presentations, and increase brand awareness.
  • Use a mix of outbound calls, email communication, and face-to-face meetings to develop leads and close sales.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
